What is Thrity2give Virtual Mentoring? Very simply, Thirty2give is a virtual mentoring app that uses a smartphone to connect two people, a mentee, and a mentor, with the opportunity to commit 30 days to each other to share life-changing knowledge. It is the first smartphone app to facilitate authentic and collaborative mentoring virtual relationships. Driven by renewable 30-day cycles, the mentoring relationships are structured in a private environment that promotes a healthy and unobstructed transfer of knowledge, from a mentor who is eager to share to a mentee who is eager to learn.
Many current mentoring programs are negatively impacted by the unintentional side effects of unconscious bias that include race, gender, ethnicity, disabilities, accent, and many other personal identifying factors. The thirty2give app solves this problem by placing a virtual curtain between the two parties that removes all personal identifying information to ensure a more perfect transfer of knowledge. Thirty2give members are only identified by their non-personal identifying name allowing the mentoring conversations to focus only on the content of the knowledge transferred.
